About me

I am a dietetics student at Indiana State University. Upon completion of my BS, I will move with my lovely wife to Tennessee. My wife will study elementary education while I attend Tennessee Bible College to earn a bachelor's degree in Bible. I will use my education at TBC to help me preach the gospel, which I have begun doing part-time. I am a member of the church that Jesus built, the church of Christ. My home congregation is the Northside Church of Christ in Terre Haute, IN. I hope you enjoy this site and fing it helpful in your Christian education. Why should I be a member of the church of Christ?

Because...
...you can read about the church of Christ (Rom 16:16).
...there is no creed except the Bible, as the church of Christ binds no name but Christ’s (1 Peter 4:16, Acts 11:26).
...the church of Christ speaks where the Bible speaks and is silent where it’s silent (1 Ptr 4:11).
...the church of Christ exalts Christ as the only Head of church (Col 1:18).
...acts of worship are patterned strictly after the New Testament pattern (John 4:24, Acts 20:7, Eph 5:19).
...the church of Christ teaches that scriptural unity can be achieved on all disputed doctrinal questions (1 Cor 1:10, John 17:21).
...the church of Christ pleads for unity of all believers in Christ (1 Cor 3:1-5, Eph 4:4-6).
...the church of Christ is not a denomination, nor group of denominations, but the body of Christ (Col 1:18). The founder is Christ Himself (Mat 16:18).
