As we all know, there is a lot of paperwork in health care facilities, even in our Recreation and Activity Departments. Many times we do not like the forms we are currently using and just do not have the time to re-do them. Re-Creative Resources, Inc. has a wide variety of forms, manuals, training materials, and policies, that you may find useful in your department. Some of these materials are yours for free, others are at a minimal cost. All materials will be sent via e-mail for you to download. This gives you the opportunity to individualize each form for your facility without having to take the time to start from scratch. You can add your facility name, title of the department, facility logo, specialized services, etc. or use as is. Also, if you do not see a form that you would like to have, please contact Re-Creative Resources, Inc. and we will develop one just for you! It is that simple!
