T.L.K. was founded in 1989 by Joyce Mohr and Cheryl Wilson.
Joyce and Cheryl worked at the Watertown Animal Hospital (Watertown MA) as veterinary technicians for a combined 21 years. They are also trained (by MA Red Cross) instructors of Pet CPR/First Aid. References
