I attended the Landmark Advanced Forum over a weekend in April 1999.

It was a total of four and half days, Thursday through Sunday and a Tuesday evening.

What I got from this course was a breakthrough in community.

I learned how I fit into groups of people, and how I affect the group. I got a chance to make a difference in how others in the class were in the class.

I got to create who I am as a person.

Who I am is Love, Harmony and Relationship with God and that is who I am.

This was very cool for me. I really like being this person I created in the Advanced Forum. I have been this person all my life, but having spoken it in this way, it becomes more powerful and becomes for me a basic place to operate from.

So, I would say the breakthrough I got in this course was to see who I am to myself and to others.

Another thing I got from this course, was that I got rid of a whole load of resentment and anger I felt towards my ex-wife. This was accomplished rather easily, and this alone was worth the whole course.

People spend years in therapy, and I know they never get the feeling of freedom I got from this particular part of the course.

This course is about being in communities and about freedom to be. I know I got both of these things.
