Parents Without Partners?
Parents Without Partners (PWP) is an international, educational, non-profit, all volunteer organization devoted to the well-being of single parents and their families.
A Super Community of Friends and Family!
Our Chapters offer:
* Educational Activities such as group discussions, lectures, study groups, "how to" classes, museum tours and training conferences.
* Family Activities such as holiday gatherings, dinners out, educational outings, picnics, partys, camping, and more.
* Parent Functions such as dinners, outings, dancing, theater, and get togethers.
* Community Service Projects such as park clean ups and volunteering for local hospitals, theaters or other organizations.
Single Parents Are Welcome!
No matter how old you are. No matter how old your kids are. No matter who has custody of the kids! To be eligilble, You must be Single and You must be a Parent. It's as simple as that!
Come to a
New Member Meet-N-Greet!
Prospective new members attend a one hour New Member Meet-N-Greet. You will meet other members; single parents just like you. You will learn about Parents Without Partners and your chapter. You will also receive a newsletter and an activity calendar that contains all the exciting things your chapter is doing.
Bring with you, the annual membership dues, your valid driver's license, and the name and address of a professional reference (someone other than a family member or ex-spouse) who can verify your single parent status.
