ARTWORK COMMISSION AGREEMENT


On this day____ of _________________

between___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Client,"

and _______________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the: "Illustrator" with respect to the creation of certain Illustrations (hereinafter) referred to as the "work" Whereas, Illustrator is a professional of good standing; Whereas, Illustrator wishes to create such work; Now Therefore, in considerations of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable considerations, the parties hereto agree as follows:

The Illustrator agrees to create the work in accordance with the following specifications:

The Illustrator agrees to deliver sketches within________________________________
and signing of this agreement. Finished art shall be delivered upon approval of sketches by the client.


GRANTS OF RIGHTS

Upon receipt of full payment, the Illustrator grants to the client the following rights in the finished art; For the use as per discussion between client and Illustrator.
THE ARTWORK CANNOT BE REPRODUCED OR SOLD FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPRODUCTION WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE ARTIST. D.D.JOHNSON IS ENTITLED TO 25% OF THE GROSS FOR ALL REPRODUCTION FOR EVER HOW LONG THEY ARE REPRODUCED OR COMMERCIAL INTENT.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to the Illustrator, including but not limited to all rights in sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials.
