The Historic Murfreesboro Ghost Tour

7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
October 30, 1999
Murfreesboro, North Carolina

The Historic Murfreesboro Ghost Tour is a walking tour through the historic district.  At each stop along the route, you will encounter a different spirit, spectre, or goblin who will entertain you with true legends, tales of haunts, and lore from Murfreesboro and Eastern North Carolina.  Murfreesboro may well be one of the most haunted historic towns in the United States.  Our legends and lore come from Native American history and Colonial beliefs handed down from generation to generation.  The Murfreesboro Historical Association is proud to continue the tradition of storytelling in Eastern North Carolina by bringing you The Historic Murfreesboro Ghost Tour.

The tour starts on Williams Street at the The Historic Murfreesboro Gift Shop and takes about an hour to complete.  The shop is open during tour hours.  Tickets are available at the door, and may also be bought in advance at The Historic Murfreesboro Gift Shop, the Historical Association in the Roberts-Vaughan House on Main Street, and at area businesses.

Adults - $ 7.00
Children (17 and under) - $ 3.00
College Students - $ 5.00 with valid college ID

An additional feature this year is
