Since having conducted The Antioch Commission (TAC) seminar in Nakuru, Kenya in Sept. of 2001, there have been many invitations received from other locations in East Africa (Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Rwanda, Burundi, and other locations in Kenya) to conduct similar meetings.
The purpose of these seminars is to assist in equipping the men of God, whom He has called, to edify the Body of Christ. Since the Bible is the standard by which all things are judged, it is important that the Truth of God's Word be presented.
A second TAC seminar was again conducted in the city of Nakuru. There were 100 delegates in attendance. Currently, USE is assisting these pastors by providing carefully selected books, tapes, and videos, by men that teach the Truth, for the purpose of establishing a library whereby individuals can have a place to study and learn more of the Truth of God's Word.
Besides East Africa, USE has invitations to conduct TAC seminars in Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Mexico, and Cuba.

Africa today is a land of turmoil in many locations. And the only hope for Africa is the same as the only hope for America....Rightly dividing the Word of God and sharing God's Truth in as many locations as possible. To this end we dedicate our efforts to assist our Brethren in East Africa who have the responsibility of taking the Gospel to all of Africa.

Many pastors in small cities, towns, and villages of East Africa have had very little opportunity for equipping in their calling. USE desires to be of some benefit and encouragement to these pastors. This is the burden behind the development of the Antioch Commission Seminars. Also, due to mysticism making inroads in many churches, the objective Truth of God's Word, which is totally True, Infallible, and Inerrant, must be presented.
One pastor stated, "Many come to our large cities and have a crusade, take an offering and go home. Thank you, for coming to our town to minister to us in a personal manner. This is what we really need."
