"I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga with Lewis for 9 months now, and recently explored some other styles of yoga... and it was only then, that I realized how much I love the FLOW of Ashtanga.  When I think about the series, I immediately envision being on a wave in the ocean ... that the wave is the breath that carries you through.

"I have studied with several yoga teachers and Lewis's class is one of the most informative and safe classes I have taken.  Lewis has the ability to teach all levels from Beginner (Level I) to Advanced (Level III) with each student getting a great workout.  Lewis has always been available to answer questions, share information, and give modifications.
       There is one problem with the classes -- there are not enough of them!!  Please add daytime Level II and Level III classes."
