AWG Mission Statement:

The American Women's Group and International Friends, is both a social and charitable organization. The AWG is a long standing group consisting of American and International expatriates as well as Jamaican citizens.

Our projects consist of a scholarship program, work with the University of West Indies Eye Clinic, and social services for children in need. Some of the organizations we have donated to are: the Sandy Park Basic School, the Marigold Children's Home of Safety, The Society for the Blind, Food for the Poor and S.T.E.P., a school for handicapped children.

Our group meets monthly, on the third Thursday of the month throughout the school year. Guests are welcome.
