SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped FOB our Pompano Beach Warehouse. COD, freight and insurance charges will be added to the cost of merchandise. Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service or Common Carrier unless otherwise requested.
TERMS
Mastercard & Visa are both accepted at no additional cost to the buyer. If you would prefer to use your credit card please click the Visa / MasterCard logos and a credit card authorization form will open (Excel format). Simply save it to your computer, complete it and then either
E-mail or fax it back to us.
For customers requesting credit (terms), an application must first be completed and approved to establish open account. Additional financial statements may also be requested. All applicants will be required to complete personal guarantees. A finance charge of 1.25% per month (15% per annum) will be charged on balances that extend beyond the established terms.

CLAIMS
All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. All returns must have prior approval by our customer service department. A Return Authorization # will be provided and must be written on the outside of the
box as well as all paperwork. All refused or unclaimed shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to all freight charges.
BACKORDERS / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In order to provide our customers with the best “fill” possible we will substitute any
unavailable items for a similar style of equal or greater value unless Backorder Only is
requested when your order is placed.
