Season ticket holders with lost or stolen tickets or other game related problems should go to the information window located at Gate D on the day of games. Please have proper identification, your account number and seating information with you. The information window at Gate D opens 3 hours before each home game and stays open until halftime. The Meadowlands Box Office may be reached by calling 201-935-3900.
The New York Jets are sold out on a season ticket basis. There are NO individual game tickets available. If you are not a season ticket holder, you may join the waiting list.
In an effort to provide you the most accurate gauge of your priority on our list, the annual fee to remain on the waiting list is $50. Payment is due September 15, 2003. To reward your loyalty, we have developed a unique value-added program. For the annual fee you will be offered a number of benefits.

NEW SECURITY MEASURES AT THE MEADOWLANDS:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOW PROHIBITED:
bags/purses. backpacks, coolers, duffle bags and large bags/purses.
All smaller bags or personal articles are subject to inspection.
INTERNAL SECURITY MEASURES ARE ALSO IN EFFECT:
Bottles and umbrellas are banned from the buildings.
Because of the heightened security measures, we recommend that ticketed fans allow extra time to enter the venues.

Is parking available at the stadium?
The Jets have instituted a pre-paid parking permit policy for all Ticket Holders who desire to park on the Sports Complex (Stadium and Arena sides of the Complex). This pre-paid parking policy is necessary due to the construction projects that are taking place on the Complex. The following pertains:
• All vehicles parking on the Sports Complex will require a parking permit
• Those Ticket Holders who do not have a parking permit will have to park at off-site parking locations where a shuttle service will be provided
• Parking Lot toll plazas open 7 hours prior to kickoff.
• Larger vehicles requiring additional space will be directed into designated areas by Parking and Traffic Staff. These areas will normally be along the curbs in the parking lots so these vehicles do not take up more than one striped parking space.
• Bus parking is in Lot 14.
• Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lots 10, 12, 15 (Stadium Club Members and South Tower guests only) and 18. A state-issued accessible parking plate or placard must be displayed on any car parking in these spaces. Ticket holders with ADA plates or placards must also possess a pre-paid parking permit for the appropriate game to park in these lots Please enter the Stadium through Gates B or D.
• To ensure safe and efficient travel throughout the Meadowlands Sports Complex, please follow the directions of the Parking and Traffic Staff
• Circulation between parking lots is discouraged. Vehicles will be directed to the parking lots with available parking spaces nearest the Toll Plaza from which they entered.
• Illegal parking outside the Sports Complex on area roadways, medians, grass malls and vehicle breakdown lanes is prohibited. Violators will be ticketed by local police and/or towed at owner s expense.
• Portable toilets are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots. Portable toilets for guests with disabilities are available in parking lots 10, 12, 15 (is this correct) and 18.
• Taxicabs and limousines (black car service) will be directed to drop off/pick up areas by Parking and Traffic Staff. Limousines and black car service vehicles will not be permitted to park in striped parking spaces, but will be directed to areas on the Sports Complex where the drivers can wait for their passengers.
• Public buses traveling between the Meadowlands Sports Complex and the New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal are available on game days. Drop-off and pick-up at the Stadium is located near Lot 14. A round trip ticket costs $10.00 and a one-way ticket is $6.00. TAILGATING:
Tailgating has become a ritual at the Stadium and is permitted provided guests tailgate in the same space occupied by their vehicle. Please be courteous to your fellow fans -- open parking spaces should not be used for tailgating.
Grills are permitted for tailgating enjoyment, provided guests do so only in the same space occupied by their vehicle. However, their use on sidewalks, near buildings with or without canopies or in any area where guests or property may be damaged is strictly prohibited. Please do not discard hot coals near vehicles or in plastic waste receptacles.
Open fires are not permitted.
Tailgating is not permitted in the parking garage which is located next to Continental Airlines Arena.
If you have a large tailgate party, stadium management strongly encourages you to arrive early and use the grass berms and paved areas on the islands located between the parking lots. This will allow you to fully enjoy your party while being courteous to your fellow fans.
Trash receptacles are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots and near the Stadium entrances. Please bag and dispose of your trash to make it safer for vehicles exiting the Sports Complex after the game.
ARAMARK is the official food service provider/caterer for the Meadowlands Sports Complex. To schedule a catered event, please contact ARAMARK at (201) 935-5660. Contracted and outside caterers are not permitted on Sports Complex property without the written consent of the NJSEA. Ball playing and frisbee tossing in the Stadium parking lots and roadways are safety hazards and are not permitted. Many injuries occur as a result of these activities.
