Bean Dip's Bio!!

Bean was born and raised in the Mid-Hudson Valley in New York. He grew up listening to the likes of Hank Snow, Ray Price,Marty Robbins and the like. His Mom and Dad would get together with some friends on the weekends and have an old time jam session that would last till late at night.His Mom played the mandolin and his Dad strummed an old martin guitar. Two of his brothers also play, his oldest being a guitar teacher since the 60's. Bean originally played the accordion and played all over the surrounding counties when he was young. He even played the Rhinebeck State Fair 4 years in a row--starting when he was only 11. Bean graduated to the guitar when he was 16 and learned to play and sing with his cousin "Little Donald," or has he was known to some----Captain Midnight! The 2 of them would jam all weekend almost non-stop,drinking up a storm and driving Don's girl Carol almost insane! Bean moved to Richmond when he was 22. He's been a Southside Red-neck ever since!

Bean has been married 3 times,even though he wished it was 4{he has been pining for the one girl he was sure was his soul mate till she left one night with out a word and was never heard from again! If anyone knows the whereabouts of Sheila Garland ,please write to Bean Dip--thanks} (guess he's just a glutton for punishment!). He is the proud Father of 4 kids---

Bean lives with his 2 youngest kids,Danielle and Kerry.He has been re-couping from heart surgery in July and is just starting to get back to playing again. Check him out if you get the chance!
