After 5 Months--By Popular Demand!!!!

The Bean Dip was Back!!!

Yes,it was quite the morning at the Hideaway,Sunday Dec.5.After a 5 month lay-off by the "Dip",he returned to host the sunday morning beer baptist and boozers meeting at the hideaway!! It was a surprise to everyone(including him).But Butchy was up to his old tricks again.After calling Bean from Six-Shooters Saturday and begging him to come play guitar and back him up on a couple of songs(because the guy playing there didn't know them)he got the Bean Dip tipsy and conned him into saying,"If i feel ok in the morning butch , i'll call you and we'll see." Well-----sunday morning,Bean was just getting up and figuring on not even trying to do it when----Butchy calls and says,"I told them you were coming---man, they are all excited.How long before you get here?"Now how was he to refuse that?So----Bean showered and went to the hideaway,sat around for a while to see if he felt ok------and finally started at 11:45.It was a hoot!

Lester was at his usual seat of authority at the end of the bar,Mr. Earl was just arriving with his truck full of tire checking supplies(Bean deciding he wouldn't check any tires that day---just to be a good boy),"Z" was behind the bar and there,-- was the Butch Meister playing chief cook and bottle washer.Kelly and Perry(Mr. Z to those that don't know it)with some slight help from the Bean and Butch got the equipment in and helped set up.Soon ---- we were off!! Earl just sat and listened(not the Earl with the tire tools,but another Earl).This Earl being a part of B.P.E. Enterprises,the people who sponsor the Bean Dip and the Sunday morning meetings.

After a pretty good first set,considering the accumulation of rust on the Bean Dip's part,he decided --What the heck--give me a beer Butch!! And you know what would happen soon------. Ater the second set, and a quick drive home and back, Bean hollered to Perry---"help me check that tire, slut(being as Perry is a practicing slut--oops!!!---don't tell "Z"), and out to the car they went for some Dr. Dr.(that being a good screw-driver to those of you who don't know).I think the name Dr. Dr. came from either Kelly or Tammy back in the days of Country Joes, but that's another story!!

Ohhh!!!! By the way!! Ms. Wilma and John were late!! Shame on them! Ron and his daughter, Dawn and the Hee-Haw Twins( I don't remember their names--but they like to laugh),Gary and Cathy,the 2 guys at the end of the bar,the 2 harley riders and JD seemed to have a good time---(musta been the Dr. Dr. the Bean had)--listening to the music.Sonny was doing ok, but i think he wasn't real happy with Judy hanging around with Allen.Oh well.
