Martin Bell is a retired mechanic of over 30 years. He began his experiece in welding and metal work at the age of 9 while helping his father with mechanical work. Several years ago, while dismantling a 1964 Dodge truck, Martin was faced with a question of how to recycle the hood. Experimenting, he cut out several namesakes from the hood for his friends, who were impressed by his skill. They encouraged him to pursue his artistic talents, and in 1997 Rainbow Moons Enterprises was started. Since that time, he has produced several signs and art for local businesses, families, and charities.

Scott Bethel is a 24 year old self-taught artist whose pencil and charcoal drawings have earned several awards. In 1998, Scott collaborated with Martin on a sculpture for a local charity, and both discovered that their joined efforts produced art that surpassed both of their previous works. At that time, Scott joined Rainbow Moons Enterprises and is discovering the versatile world of metal sculpting.
