In 2006 I grabbed a garden club member's French tulips. Tulips are so simple and versatile that I can play with them over a period of several days until they fall to pieces. (And the pieces are photogenic too.) At one point this pink beauty was covered with raindrops. For some reason raindrops "stick" on petals. Spraying the flower with water is not the same! So I took immediate advantage of the situation and scanned this one quickly before the drops had a chance to slide off. I only had to retouch a few blobs that had fallen on the glass in the process.
