Only Jesus Can Satisfy Your Soul

My Testimony

"The Lord has placed within me the desire, to carry the flame and build up the fire" is an inspiration God gave me when I was twelve years old. It continues to be very important to me. Every Christian carries with him or her a flame burning for Jesus, and all the flames combined make a huge fire. It is my desire to add to the fire by sharing Jesus with the world. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved" (John 3:16-17). Jesus wants our hearts. He wants us to believe and KNOW that He is the son of God, our Savior, who died for our sins that we may have eternal life. My desire is to share this message.


Keeping The Faith

Every one needs to know God's goodness and grace. We have to always be prepared to share Jesus at any given opportunity. The way we stay prepared is by being in the presence of the Lord continuously and being filled up with his glory and love. If we do not ever enter into His presence, we will not be equipped to go out into the world to testify. It is like Pastor Ron Willhite says, "You can't smell like the roses in the garden, unless you've been in the garden." So we have to enter into His presence to shine like Jesus and show his love.

God is calling us to be "fishers of men." He wants for us to learn His word, His will, His love and grace, so we can share Him with others. Jesus says in Matthew 4:19, "Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." If we follow Him, He will show us how to be like Him. He will show us how to be disciples and how to make disciples. That should be our desire. I know it's mine! Let's add to the fire burning for Jesus!


Inspirations

I could not do anything without the love of Jesus in my life. He has continuously blessed me abundantly. In May 2004, I graduated with honors from the University of Georgia earning an ABJ Degree in Public Relations. I was a Presidential Scholar my last two semesters at UGA.

I have been married for over a year now! Marriage is one of God's greatest gifts.

The feeling and satisfaction that it gives me to serve an ALL powerful, ALL knowing, ALL loving God goes beyond words; for words will never contain His awe and wonder! I cannot understand how anybody can live upon this earth without serving Him because He supplies all our needs. Jesus is REAL. He's ALIVE in my heart.
I'm so thankful for His goodness and Love! Hallelujah!
