1) Familiar with Karst pollution and drilling problems in Kentucky and Tennessee.
2) Managed environmental clean up of properties undergoing acquisition or rework. I supervised above ground storage tank removal and subsequent contaminated soil remediation.
3) Headed a small oil producing company with roustabout and contract pumping services. I personally hired well service and drilling crews, supervised them and was responsible for every facet of day-to-day operation; I filed, input, and updated all invoices, received well data reports, balanced well gauge sheets, and filed E. P. A. compliance paperwork, and taxes. I also prepared geologic assessments for drilling.
4) Many years of management and supervisory experience in managing facilities, equipment, and personnel. I have been responsible for maintaining $50,000 worth of inventory (Oil Field Equipment: tanks, tubular goods, valves, pumps, pumpjacks and electrical supplies).
JOB EXPERIENCE:
5) Senior geologist Odyssey Exploration, Inc. -- generated isopach maps showing formation thickness and elevation and geologic reports
6) Project manager for the mapping of farms ten acres or larger in Grayson County, Kentucky. The topographic overlays displayed oil and gas wells, dry holes, abandoned wells, and all major roads.
7) Supervised project staff (a geologist, a geographer and a cartographer) and planned the daily schedule of areas to map
8) Computer consultant for three law firms, one gas company, and a utility contractor. I set up client data bases, assisted in purchasing software, and hardware. Trained computer users in several companies to use DOS, Windows, and Surfer 4 (a mapping and contouring package).
PERSONAL COMPUTING EXPERIENCE:
I have a working knowledge of Lotus 123 version 5, AutoCAD 12, 13, 14 and 2000, WordPerfect version 5.1, 7, and 8, Microsoft DOS versions 3, 4, 5, and 6, Windows 3.1 95, and 98. Additionally I am familiar with a fax/modem and its software. I am familiar with E-mail software and have a working knowledge of the World Wide Web (as you can see by this web page).
