JENNIE'S REPRISAL is captivating and beautifully written, alternately down-to -earth and mysterious, with a good balance of wisdom and entertainment.  I especially like this unique novel's complexity.

Compelled to read this book simply because my name and my daughter's name, Elizabeth and Jennie, are THE lead character.  Once finished, I knew exactly why I read it.  The coverage reflects what I feel.  I'm a Gemini, here to learn and enrich my collection of experiences.  JENNIE'S REPRISAL contrubuted to this and reinforced my own ideas through the connection between characters.  I actually experienced the long history of man, from origin through earth changes and destruction, in a most wonderful way -- following these people through their history, their sense of reliving or having carryover of one life to another, and how this carryover effects who we are and provides interesting metaphysical lessons.  Visiting Egypt eight years ago, I felt a lack of acceptance, even though I had longtime identified with the Egyptian civilization, Jennie's lifetime helped me to understand those feelings, and to even tune into my own Grandmother's dilemma.

The fascinating premise of JENNIE'S REPRISAL held my interest from start to finish.  I really became involved with Jennie in all of her manifestations.  Movement back and forth, from the present time to the distant past, evoked feelings of timelessness.  Scenes are creative and extremely sensual.  A beautifully inspiring book that gives hope for the future!

Terrific!  Fabulous!  Wonderful!  In a highly readable, moving and sincere manner, Carol Bennett threads together many New Age beliefs into this charming romantic novel.  If conventional explanations of life no longer make sense to you, the idea of Jennie's spirit/essence reincarnating over many lifetimes to reach her ultimate destiny just might.  JENNIE'S REPRISAL is an enjoyable, well written, thought provoking, must read story.  I am proud to have this delightful author as my friend.  We met following her excellent presentation, From NASA To Novelist, at the National League of American Pen Women at Middle Plantation.
JENNIE'S REPRISAL is a perfect bound book with a mesmerizing cover photo of Jennie Gravatt suspended in the Universe.  However, this high quality of the cover and text paper is indeed exceeded by the beautifully written story that embraces romance, suspense, adventure, heartbreak and ecstasy.  Carol Bennett is so very descriptive that I felt as though I was right there with Jennie, living her incredible journey.  I could not wait for my day to end so that I could pick up where I had left off reading the night before.  Although I learned a lot, I'm still not a firm believer in reincarnation.  Yet I too "have always lided the idea that when someone dies a baby is born."

I read JENNIE'S REPRISAL in two days; had to keep it with me until I finished.  This book catches me.  It's fascinating, interesting, romantic ... how Jennie kept meeting the same guy in lifetime after lifetime ... how they keep finding each other not knowing they were together in a pastlife.  I like the romance of it all ... to finally be with the person you're supposed to be with.  Is it fantasy or possible to connect with that someone meant just for you?  Some of us look our whole lifetime.  Isn't that what we are all looking for ... or do some just wait until they find us?  Can't wait for this author's next book.

Carol Bennett tells a spell-binding tale that captivated me from the moment I opened JENNIE'S REPRISAL.  It usually takes me months to find time to finish a book, and I couldn't put this one down.  Bennett skillfully opens readers to the possibilities that the mystical world holds while crafting a page-turning story.  I felt like I knew the characters personally by the time I finished.
Enjoying the humor, mystery, and especially the relationship between Raymond and Elizabeth, I was eager to pick up JENNIE'S REPRISAL where I had left off each day.  I felt as though I knew the characters already, and evolved through their experiences
Just finished reading JENNIE'S REPRISAL and I love it!  Carol Bennett's words touch my heart, stimulate my mind and other body parts, and help me to remember.  The Epilogue is one of the most incredible passages that I have ever read.  Anyone who reads this book will be lucky and blessed.
