The Processor will work with all parties involved to collect all needed items. Once all items are received, the file will be submitted to the lender of broker's choice.
Once the Loan Approval Commitment Letter is received from the lender, a copy is promptly faxed to the Loan Officer.
The Processor will request an estimated HUD Settlement Statement to be prepared prior to ordering loan documents for verification of all fees.
The Processor will satisfy all required PTD & Funding Conditions, request loan documents and follow through to the close of escrow.
The Processor will close out the loan file after loan funding and return it's original file to the originating broker.
Loan Officers are responsible for choosing the program, lender, locking rates, ordering appraisal reports and credit reports.
