134 on Interstate 75 at the LaFollette/Caryville exit. For more

Enjoy parking your boat at the dock! Enjoy the view of Norris Lake from your private patio! Floating, swimming, and fishing join family and friends and offers a fellowship to the environment. There are also a lot of blue gill under the dock for the younger fisherman/woman!
There are many wonderful views from the two rentals. While you look over the lake, boat dock, birds, and squirrels, enjoy sitting inside the lower unit at the sliding glass doors, or enjoy sitting outside on the patio at either unit.
The picture on the left is from the lower unit, while the picture on the right is from the upper unit. Everything you will need is furnished. All you will need to bring are your cloths and beach towels!
Description Per Unit:
Inside:
- Sleeps seven;
- Two bedrooms (one bedroom sleeps three and the other bedroom sleeps two;
- New sleeper sofa in living room;
- One bathroom;
- Bath towels and bed linens provided;
- Fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, coffee maker, and all cooking and eating utensils;
- New refrigerator/freezer;
- Entry room at front door offers a small storage area in lower unit;
- Heat and air conditioning;
- TV and VCR.
Outside:
- New gas grill;
- Private patio overlooking the lake;
- Boat dock;
- Boat launch at the marina next door.
Price List: $250 deposit required.
Peak Season:
- $125 per day if you stay less than seven nights. Three night minimum.
- $110 per day if you stay seven or more nights.
Off Season:
- $95 per day if you stay less than seven nights. Three night minimum.
- $90 per day if you stay seven or more nights.
Directions
We are located about four miles from the Interstate 75 LaFollette/Caryville exit. From I 75, take Exit 134. For those traveling north, turn right at the end of the exit ramp. For those traveling south, turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Go through one traffic light. You will turn right on Ridge Road, which is about 1/4 mile on the right after the light. Follow the signs to the marina. Right before the marina turn right onto Scott Lane. Follow the lane to the house and parking for the rental.
