Women's Health Interactive: Headache Center - Helping women (Womens-health.com, unknown date)
Although supposedly intended for women, the majority of the information on this site applies to both women and men. The "assessment questionnaire", for example, can be useful as a teaching tool for both sexes. A calendar-based headache diary is also provided.
