1/4 cup of olive oil
1 clove garlic,thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teasppon oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (10 ounces) baby clams
8 ounces linguine,cooked *see how to cook pasta
Put olive oil and garlic into a one quart glass measuting pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 to 4 minutes on high, or until garlic is lightly browned.
Add parsley,salt,oregano,pepper and clams with liquid to garlic and oil; stir.
Heat in microwave oven to serving temperture (2 to 3 minutes on high). Serve on cooked linguine.
