BUTTERED FISH FILLETS
2 tablespoons of butter or margrine
1 pound whitefish fillets
  Salt and Pepper
  Paprika


Melt butter in a 1 cup glass measuring cup in the microwave oven about 30 seconds on high.

Arrange fish in an 8-inch square baking dish,brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt,pepper and paprika.  cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 5 to 7 minutes on high, or until fish flakes wasily when tested with a fork.

4 to 5 servings

*Other fish fillets such as halibut,haddock and flounder can be cooked using these same directions.
