LEMON OCEAN PERCH
1 lemon,grated and juiced
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon of oil
1 lb. ocean perch fillets


Combine the grated lemon peel,juice,sugar,garlic powder and oil.  Place a single layer of the fillets in the lemon marinade and refrigerate for one hour,turinig once. Place the marinated fish on a lightly oiled broiler pan and baste with marinade.  Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat,basting occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes or until the fish is flaky and tender. Serves 4
