ZESTY SCRAMBLED EGGS
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup of chopped peeled tonato
1/4 cup pf finely shreded chedder cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Put all ingredients except butter into a bowl and beat with a fork until blended.
Melt butter in a one quart glass \casserole in the microwave oven about 30 seconds on high. Pour eggs mixture into casserole, Cook uncovered 3 to 4 minutes on high, or until almost set; stir twice during cooking period.
Remove from oven; stir and let stand covered a few minutes before serving.

BACON AND CREAM CHEESE EGGS
4 slices bacon
1/4 cup of milk or cream
2 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoon butter or margarine
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Arrange bacon on a microwave oven safe roast rack, set in a glass baking dish. Cover with a paper town. Cook in microwave oven 4 minutes on high, or until done. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Put milk, cream cheese and butter into a one quart glass casserole. Heat
uncovered in the microwave oven 30 seconds on high, or until cream cheese is softened; stir to blend.
Beat eggs, salt and pepper until blended. Add egg mixture and bacon to cheese mixture; stir. Cook uncovered in the microwave oven 3 to 4 minutes
on high, or until eggs are almost set; stir after 2 minutes.
Remove from oven; stir and let stand covered a few minutes before serving.

EGG FOO YUNG
2 teaspoons of butter or margarine
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 cup of drained bean sprouts
soy sauce
Put 2 teaspoons of butter and the onion into a 9-inch glass pie plate. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes on high; stir twice.
Beat eggs, salt and pepper together in a bowl unti well blended. Mix in cooked onion.
Put 1/2 teaspoon butter into each of four 10-ounce glass casseroles. Heat in
microwave oven until butter is melted (45 seconds) on high.
Divide mixture evenly in the casserole dishes evenly. Arrange one-fourth
of bean sprouts over the top of each. Covver with all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cok in microwave oven 5 to 6 minutes on high; stir mixture and rearrange the
casseroles twice.
Remove from oven and let stand several minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
