1/4 cup finely snipped parsley
1-1/4 pounds perch fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
1 teaspoon dill seed
Sprinkle 1/4 cup parsley over bottom of a buttered 8-inch square glass baking dish. Arrange fish in dish and season with salt and pepper. Top fish with 2 tablespoons parsley and the dill seed. Cover with waxed paper.
Cook in microwave oven 7 to 8 minutes on high, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
