Altimeter/VSI
Option -- $149
This option provides a perfect solution for the 2-stroke powered aircraft. The altimeter display is steady (does not toggle back and forth between readings), is accurate to better than 10' per 1000', is practically unaffected by temperature, and requires no warm-up. The vertical speed function is sensitive enough to detect 10' changes in altitude, making it perfect for chasing thermals around the sky. The combination pages are rearranged to include altitude on both, and ROC on the first while retaining all engine information on both. The altimeter is adjustable to match your field elevation. |
