You start with a large log of transluscent clay, wrap it in black, med thickness of pasta machine. Roll log till 24 inches (or so). Cut into 24 pieces. Lay down sheet of black clay and line up your logs as shown.
Roll your logs up like shown, just like a jelly roll.
Reduce your canes a little, except the large one. Cut into pieces as shown.
