Page 9 - Church Organized July 6th, 1796 - members of different churches to a seat in this association. Seated Bro Scags -  David Jarrett - Susy Jarrett received May, 1797.
Page 11 - July 14th 1798 Nominate Brother Johnstone - one of the names on this list David Jarrott - 5
Page 13 - May 19th 1799 2nd a complaint Lodged by Brother Hansford against Brother Hicks the Church thought proper to order Brother Wm. Huddleston and Brother Benjamin Morris to cite him to the next Church meeting.  May 25th,The two brothers then gave their report and Brother Hicks came before the Church and gave them much satisfaction
Page 15 - April 19, 1800 Brother Jarrett reported that he had visited some Delinquent brethren and they Seamed pliable.
 Page 18 - May 16th, 1801Complaint laid in by Brother John Hansford Brother James Johnstone therefore the Church orders brother David Jarrott and brother Thomas Trigg to deal with him and site him to the next meeting. - June 20th, The Brethern ordered to site Brother Richard Hicks to the next Church meeting made report to the Church that he refused to come. therefore they thought him ripe for Excommunication.
Page 19 - Nov. 15th, 1801 Brother Richard Hicks Continued under Cencher. - Dec., 19th Brother Richard Hicks came forward and gave satisfaction and was restored to his seat.- January 16th, 1802 Brother James Johnstone to cite Brother Richard Hicks to the next Church meating to answer the Complaint of the Church.

Page 23-24 - March 19, 1802 Brother John Jones to cite Brother Richard Hicks to the next church meeting  - April 16th, 1803 Brother John Jones made a report to the church that Brother Richard Hicks seamed to give him some satisfaction He didn't attend meeting and they put him in Cenchur..
Page 26-27 - Nov. 1804 Brother John Hansford appointed to Dealwith Sister Jane Hicks for living out of her duty. - Dec 16th 1805 Brother Hansford reported to the church that Sister jane Hicks confesed her fault and appeared penetent.- March 16th Church met at Brother David Jarrotts - May 17th Susannah Jarrott apointed to visit Sister Shrozebury.
Page 31 - June 20th 1807 - The case of Sister Hicks taken up and laid over till Next church meeting - July 18th The case of sister Hicks taken up ordered that Brother John Jones & wife visit Sister Hicks and make report. - Aug. 15th, Case of Sister Jane Hicks taken up she appeared in church and was excused and restored to the church again.
Page 43 - Richard Hicks was restored to his full fellowship. ordered that Br. Hicks and wife be Dismist by Letter.
Pages 54- 55-56 -August 31 Sophia Hix & Rachel Hix Baptised - Jany19, Brother Thomas Hix to answer a report that is in Surculation Concerning his being intoxicated by drinking. - May 1835 Commitee appointed to visit Br. Thomas Hix they reported that they had seen Br. Hix and that he made Satisfactory Confession of his Misconduct he wasn't present and it was laid over till the next meeting. - June 1835 Thomas Hix appeared and gave satisfaction.
