Mrs. Blanche (Effie) Greenwood passed away at Nichols hospital at 3:30 Saturday morning. She was but 19 years old and a three-week-old baby besides the husband, Harold Greenwood and mother, Mrs. Roblin. Funeral services will be held from the home, 23 Barney St., Monday afternoon at 3:30, the Rev. William Potter officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Ida Greenwood Passes
Mrs. Ida Greenwood passed away at her residence, 34 Locust Steet this morning at 3:30. She was 66 years old and is survived by her husband, George Greenwood, two sons Raymond Greenwood of Battle Creek and Jack (Harold) Greenwood of Pontiac, also one grandson, Jack Jr. of this city. The funeral announcement will be made later.

SERVICES FOR MRS. GREENWOOD
The funeral services for Mrs. Ida Greenwood, who passed away yesterday morning, will be held from Hebble's chapel Thursday afternoon at 3:30, conducted by Rev. A.T. Tomshany, and burial will take place at Olivet.

George Eben Greenwood, 89, retired upholsterer and furniture repairman, died at 7:20 p.m. Thursday in a local convalescent home where he had been for the past year. He operated an upholstery shop at 57 East State St. and later in Verona for 20 years, retiring in 1925. He had lived since that time with his son, Raymond J. Greenwood, now of Bellevue. Mr. Greenwood came to Battle Creek 40 years ago from the east. He and his wife, Ida M., were married in Westfield, Mass., in 1880. She died here in 1925. He was born in Chittenango, N.Y., Dec. 22, 1857. Besides his son, Raymond, he is survived by another son, Harold G. Greenwood of Pontiac; three grandchildren, Jack Howard Greenwood , also of Pontiac, and Mrs. Lawrence (Betty) Harrison and Mrs. Max (Louise) Shand of Kalamazoo, and seven great-grandchildren.

Pontiac Printer Dies at Age 72 Harold G. Greenwood Had Business in City for 37 Years
Harold G. Greenwood, owner of the Greenwood Printing Co., died yesterday in Pontiac General Hospital after an illness of two weeks. He was 72. Mr. Greenwood, of 57 Edward St., came to Pontiac in 1919 and founded his business a year later. A member of the Oakland County Sportmen's Club, he is a life member of Elks Lodge No. 810, F&AM Lodge No. 21 and life member and past president of Eagles Lodge No. 1230. Surviving are his wife, Mabel; an son, Jack Greenwood, and stepson, Wilbur Smith, both of Pontiac; and a brother. An Elks Lodge of Sorrow will be held at 8 p.m Friday at the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Service will be at 1 p.m., Saturday from the funeral home, with Dr. Tom Malone of Emmanuel Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Perry Mt. Park Cemetery.

Friday evening at eight o'clock, occurred the wedding of Miss Blanche E. Roblin and Harold G. Greenwood, both of Battle Creek, the ceremony being performed by Rev. William S. Potter at his residence on South Avenue. Both the young people are well known in the city, the bride holding a position in the School of Applied Art, while the groom is employed by the Battle Creek Table Company. Mr. and Mrs. Greenwood have established a home at 40 Green St., where they will begin housekeeping at once.
