Thursday January 9th will be the final date for these movies at Sunrise Cinemas: Empire, The Santa Clause 2, Pinocchio, Treasure Planet, and Evelyn. Catch them before they are gone!.

Opening Friday January 10th at Sunrise Cinemas: Denzel Washington makes his directorial debut and starts in Antwone Fisher. Also look for: Golden Globe nominees Adaptation, Nicholas Nickelby, and The Pianist; as well as Ray Liotta in Narc, and the comedy Just Married. Café Cinémathèque presented by Children of the French Cinema returns to Sunrise Cinemas this weekend. Come join us for a Sunday morning beginning at 10AM with a light brunch, followed by the screening of a fine movie in French with English subtitles, and concluding with a discussion in English about the film with a special guest speaker. Admission is $10 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the box office a few days in advance or the morning of the event. Café Cinémathèque is a new way of seeing movies, meeting other French film buffs, and a refreshing start to your day. This Sunday, January 12th, Mizner Park will be featuring L Assissinat du Pere Noel (Who Killed Santa Clause), a classic from 1941.

Our newest location, Sunrise Cinemas at Las Olas Riverfront, has shows every Friday and Saturday starting 11PM and after! Join us for late night entertainment at this upscale venue in downtown Fort Lauderdale inside the popular Las Olas Riverfront Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment Center.
