North America has once again defeated the world and now leads the overall totals 3-1 since this system was implemented a few years ago. Although a very high scoring and exciting all-star game, several players were snubbed and overlooked. But now it's back to business and the run for the cup!

-Pierre Turgeon
-Alex Tanguay
-Peter Bondra
-Teemu Selanne (Although he's not so hot right now)
-Keith Tkachuk
-Brendan Shanahan

The west has easily become the best conference over the past several years, with perennial powerhouses like Detroit, Colorado, Dallas, and St. Louis, the level of play is outstanding. Rounding out the Conference are other highly touted teams like Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Jose (a newcomer to good play).
The east has a few teams playing at a high level. The Devils are very strong, and the Flyers are doing well. But, who knows what will happen to the Flyers with a Rookie netminder? Then there's the rest of the east. Toronto came on strong, but has been slumping. Wahington, Buffalo, and Pittsburgh (thanks to Mario) are all at a decent level, but no where near top Western teams. Then you have the rest of the sorry and slumping east...the Broadway Bums, the Hurrican(not believe how boring they are)es, the Florida Siamese cats, the Tampa Bay no lightning, the Isles dynasty of more awful teams and so on.

Oh, and another news topic. Eric Lindros. Man he's a great player. But, he should be called Erica Lindros! He needs to stop whining and play hockey. His daddy has to come to the rescue as his agent/spokesman/manager/wet nurse!!! Get over it! He's a LIABILITY. He has ABILITY, but no one is going to give up any noteworthy people for a guy who'll be retired the next time Stevens runs him over. He's not even 30 and he's demanding to only play for one team...get out of the game, you obviously aren't interested in it!

Okay and I guess I'll just end on this, I always thought Gretzky was and is hands down the best hockey player to ever live, could I have been mistaken? Is super-Mario just that...Super. Isn't super better than great? Hmmmm.... I'll have to think some more on this one.
