country songwriter, Randal Walker - Beyond The Asphalt Music - RANDAL'S FANS

I feel it only appropriate to thank some very special people in my life.....
Steven Jakowski for his undying faith, stability and emotional support. He is a constant inspiration to my writings and a driving force behind the writer. Without his presence in my life, I would still be "slinging" coffees and "talking" country music. His "quiet" approach to my "verbal thinking" is immeasurable. Thank you, Steve!
Nita and Michael Mann, who graciously agreed to produce five of the demos available for your listening pleasure. Nita has actually been more a "sister" to me than a "niece", as we differ in age by only one year and eight months. Her support of my artistry is, again, living proof that blood, by far, is thicker than water. She has been an outspoken and aggressive promoter of my works and her love, faith and legal-mindedness have rendered me speechless on many occassions. Thank you, Nita!
Philip Lupton, who believed in me
enough to financially guide me to the recording studio for three consecutive demos: The TV Song; The Okie Pokey; and All Night Long. His compassion and love for art are unsurpassable. Phil is not only one of my producers; he's my best friend. It just doesn't get any better than that.....Thank you, Phil!
Ms. Shelly Phelps, who was gracious enough to lend me her incredible
vocals for All Night Long and Money Can't Buy Me. Shelly is a fellow Oklahoma songwriter
as well as lead vocalist for SHELLY PHELPS AND THE RHYTHM JUNKIES.
Look for their upcoming CD, Girl On A Wire, and don't miss an opportunity to hear them
live, as they play various venues throughout Oklahoma. Thank you, Shelly!
A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to my Mother, Maxine Walker, who constantly reminds me there ARE needles in every haystack. In fact, she financed my first demo, Money Can't Buy Me, for which I remain eternally grateful AND became the first official "stockholder" in Beyond The Asphalt Music, Inc. I love you so much Mom!
And last, but by far not least, I say, "thank you," to my family and
friends who have supported my efforts by tirelessly lending their ears
throughout the years.
Thanks For Sharing The Dream.....
RANDAL
