Sadie is a massive mare with good bone and a great mind to boot and she passes all that on to ALL of her foals we've had so far. Our biggest emphasis is having horses with great minds and we've hit the jackpot with Sadie. How often do you know of someone that likes the mare's foals so much, they end up buying the mare? Well, we did and it will certainly be hard for us not to want to keep anymore of her foals. Yes, they are THAT good! Our 2003 filly out of this mare has gone on to become a NRHA $$/point earner in Youth classes and already has an lengthy show record with several wins in halter and WP shown only by Halie.
Sadie is by a King Ranch bred son of NCHA Hall of Famer, Peppy San Badger, great-granddaughter of Lucks Chic Gay (6 AQHA Grands / 17 Halter / 12 Reserves) and also has many AQHA Hall of Famers in her pedigree as well such as Joe Cody (also a NRHA Hall of Famer), Jet Deck, Clabber, Top Deck, Three Bars, Joe Reed, Joe Reed II. She also has the bloodlines of favorites such as Leo, Old Sorrel, Joe Hancock,Pretty Boy, Peter McCue, King, Wimpy, Chubby and she even goes back to the great Man O' War. Sadie's 2008 buckskin colt is byAQHA/NRCHA Champion, Playin Pep of Lucky SC Quarter Horses. 1/2 Brother to Halie's cremello mare Blue Rane San Badger, he is sure to be a top performance contender in the future.

This beautiful IF perlino filly was purchased for Halie as a future performance prospect (not to mention she's slightly partial to the double dilutes and begged til we gave in!). Skye was sired by a dunskin son of Hollywood Dun It (NRHA $$ earner/AQHA ROM) and out of a buckskin Two Eyed Jack bred ranch mare. Halie has hopes this filly will be her next reining/cowhorse prospect and with Halie in the saddle, we have no doubts they'll both shine in the showpen!
Halie has lightly started this filly under saddle and she's already showing true promise as an excellent riding horse.
