Ten years ago my husband and I decided we wanted to share our lives with the elderly. We opened our home to five residents. At Catherine's House there are never shift changes or weekend staff. This allows us to have as much knowledge as possible about each resident and it builds trust and stability. Our resident to caregiver ratio is 2:1
