There is no travel fee within the Phoenix metro area & surrounding communities.
The travel fee for outside the Phoenix metro area & surrounding communities is $100.
For travel outside of Arizona & within the continental U.S., the travel fee will be based on round trip airfare, one night lodging, arrangement of transfers to & from hotel to booking location or one day auto rental. The total fee for travel expenses within proximity of a major city is currently costing between $600 - $700. During holidays or busy travel times, airfare may be significantly higher.

Contracts

|
All bookings within the continental U.S. will be binded by contract, and a $200 deposit.
All international bookings will be under special contract and deposits.
The balance of the fee is payable (cash or check) at the time of the affair.
Travel expenses must be arranged and paid in advance of the affair, if applicable.

Weddings

|
For wedding ceremonies, it is highly recommended that Jeff Allen attend
and perform during the rehearsal. The rehearsal fee is complimentary if booked for your ceremony & reception. There is a $150 rehearsal fee if performing for only the ceremony. Fee is based within the Phoenix metro area & surrounding communities.
A private consultation to discuss specific requests, intermission coordination, ceremony and/or reception selections, coordinated formal attire, ceremony outline, logistics, etc... is recommended and free of charge with all wedding bookings.
