Wood in the Summer
Summer time means a couple of things in Woodpecker land, training, parties and some races. Word will follow about group runs, Sunday's starting June 28th will be the first group run, email Jim for more information. A tenative schedule of runs is below- Fiestas will follow.

July 18th, 97th Street, Rockaway- Rockapolo Summer Series Finale, 7PM, 5k
July 27th, Valley Stream- Valley Stream 4 miler, 9:30 AM
Early August, Breezy Point, Sugar Bowl 5k

The Wood in College Grows
With Matt Redden deciding on Fordham, he only adds to Woodpeckers in the NCAA, joining Rory and Sean Cahill, Vinny Fedders, Sean and Kieran O'Niel, Jim McKeon, Dan McGrath, Kevin Caskin, Ryan Harmon and Bob Orezen.
