About Me
My name is Joey S. Niskar. I am an attorney with the law firm of Erlich, Rosen & Bartnick, P.C. in Southfield, Michigan. Although our law firm represents plaintiff's in all areas of personal injury litigation, I concentrate my practice in the area of medical malpractice and employment discrimination cases. Clients find their way to our firm by way of attorney referral, and of course, by other very satisfied clients. We are very highly respected medical malpractice attorneys, with over 80 years of combined experience. I will be happy to provide you with references.
I received my Bachelors Degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University in Political Science/Pre-Law. Following my graduation from M.S.U., I attended the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law in Detroit, Michigan, where I received my Juris Doctor, cum laude.
Following graduation from law school, I worked as an associate for a large insurance defense law firm in Farmington Hills, Michigan. At that firm, I represented individual clients, and insurance companies, in the defense of personal injury claims. After three and a half years of working for the insurance industry, I felt that it was time to move on to different areas of the law. In May of 1999, I joined on with Erlich, Rosen & Bartnick, P.C. as an associate. I could not be happier working on behalf of the citizens of the State of Michigan.
