Welcome to my Police K-9's homepage, my name is K-9 Officer Bobby Wummer. K-9 Raul and I work in sunny South Florida patrolling the streets of Palm Beach Gardens and keeping them safe for the public. K-9 Raul is so cool, that the sun shines on him twenty four hours a day!
Well, police work is a never ending job I can tell you that. The bad guys seem to never sleep, and that goes for K-9 Raul and myself as well.
Our motto is:
NOBODY GETS AWAY!
Sometimes the bad guys really put us to the test. But that's when we have to be better then
they are. Working as a "K-9 team" always seems to prevail in the long-run.
I have been a cop for the past twenty-one and I still love the job. I don't think that I've lost one drop of dedication, determination or enthusiasm
since I started my career for the city of Palm Beach Gardens in April of 1984. I'm 45 years old now and every day that I go out to work feels like the very first day on the job. I don't know too many
cops with that kind of attitude, most get burnt out after ten years, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I'm most definitely dedicated to my job and to the city that I protect.

Guardians Of The Night
I am a working dog,
Trust in me my friend for I am your comrade.

Deputy In A K-9 Crew
I am a Deputy in a K-9 crew.
I've been trained to see it through.
When dangers near my ears perk up,
they taught me that as a little pup.
I'm often there to protect your rights,
my presence sometimes hinders fights.
I never attack with thought to kill,
when subduing one, my job I fill.
I never worry a single thought,
as how I will fare at a certain spot.
The love I have for my handlers care,
is all I need, each day to fare.
And if some day my luck turns bad,
I'll relish all the joys I've had.
To be with men who stand for good,
in a special kind of brotherhood.
The story's end, by now you know,
of how I tried for a better show.
I did my best, though I did fall,
when I was called and gave my all.
