Praise the Lord! He is faithful, loving, longsuffering, patient, just, righteous, holy, all knowing, all powerful, everywhere present, a lawyer, a doctor, a mother, a father, Lord, Saviour, a friend, a healer, perfect and soooo much more! He is to be praised, loved, adored, honored, obeyed, chosen and served above everyone and all else! Thank you Father, Son and Holy Spirit for who you are and all you do!
I encourage you, praise the Lord! No matter what's going on in your life or on your mind at this very moment, stop, drop it and praise the Lord! Begin to thank Him for everything you can think of! He's worthy to be praised! Show true worship with an obedient life.
"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:11-13) Jesus says, "This is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day" (John 6:40). And, again, He says, "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes unto the Father, except through me" (John 14:6).
Lord, thank you for dying in my place. I've messed up, and I mess up. I need you, Lord, there's nothing I can do to save myself. I realize that you did everything that needed to be done to save me. I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe that He was raised from the dead.
Lord, I don't know everything about you, but I want to know you, for real! Come into my heart and show me the way, give me a desire to know you for myself and to live for you the rest of my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

The Lord is my pacesetter, I shall not rush during the day.
He makes me stop for quiet intervals, to plan my life.
He provides me with images of stillness, which restore my serenity in the rush.
He leads me in ways of efficiency through calmness of mind in doing tasks wisely.
And His guidance is peace in choosing the proper tasks.
Even though I have many things to accomplish each day,
I will not fret, for His presence is here.
His timelessness, His all importance will keep me in balance.
He prepares refreshment and renewal in the midst of my activity with quiet time.
By anointing my mind with His oils of tranquility,
My cup of joyous energy overflows as I charge ahead!
Surely, harmony and reflectiveness shall be the fruit of my hours,
For I shall walk in the path of my Lord and dwell in His house forever,
Being ever grateful for His love and salvation.
