*Forever in Love*
When I look at you, what do I see?
An illusion, a future, you and me
Now when I look at you all I can do is remember
Our memories, your words, that first day in November
Thinking back on memories makes me cry
I cannot forget you no matter how I try
This pain in my heart belongs to you
But you will never love me no matter what I do
Somehow you love her, like a puppy you follow
Yet when you look at me, your eyes are cold and hollow
Can you forgive me my mistakes from the two years past
Because after this year it will be our last
My heart won’t stop loving you, no matter what we go through
I will always be there to say I love you
My heart will miss you, but will you miss me?
If only I had the power to make your heart see
I could judge you with one million words
But your extremes of love is what my heart prefers
I will never let go, I can never hold back
My emotions for you and your love that I lack
In your hand, you hold up my heart
Your eyes like stone tear me apart
A trace of your soul, which you left behind
Is sewn onto my heart and locked in my mind
I will never forget you through all my years
But losing your heart gave me such tears
I know the future has much more to give
But without you in it my heart cannot live
And as I think of you now, I question this
Can I give you my heart and one last kiss
Can I relive the memories, fall back in love
Can you hold me in your arms and take me above
All I have left is one last wish
If the world dies below us promise me this
Come back and hold me, comfort me here
Let our hearts come together and always be near
May we love one another like we once did before
Forever in love, wishing no more.
