Note: The Washington Crossing United Methodist Church Cemetery is located in Washington Crossing facing the Delaware River. The congregation, my own, has long since moved about 2 miles away. It now has a few thousand members. The old cemetery is small, but crowded. This cemetery has quite the combination of very old and very new stones. Where there are blanks or question marks, the data is questionable or unknown. All stones are recorded, whether readable or not, except for the aforementioned stones.  Plots are indicated as such and marked in italics. Transcriptions are done by name with the exact wording of the stone following the name. Stones with pictures are in bold. Please contact me for these pictures, or visit Genealogy.com and search the virtual cemetery for Washington Crossing, PA. Where there is an open plot, I have removed the name and typed Living. Pictures of ALL the older stones will be online soon. If you would like a picture of a particular stone, please let me know and I will go and photograph it for you. Out of respect for the individuals interred here, only pictures of older stones will be put online. LMS     3-8-02
