Water Temps Already Heat Up, Rain, Cooler Days Needed
Catskill Rivers- (Beaverkill, Willowemoc) BK is 191cfs. Willo is 114cfs. Water temps: 67. Yesterdays high (water temp) was 63. The streams are still fishable but need rain and a few cool days. Mid-day temps are near 70 and we are not even into June yet. Carry a thermometer and check water temp during the day. A mutitude of hatches are on right now. Use caution when wading as many of the streams have changed from past flooding. Loose gravel is very common. Some spinners are being reported near the evening hours. Flies: Caddis (gray, black), March Browns, Green Drakes, Sulphers, Gray Fox, Spinners, Olives, nymphs, streamers.
Owego Creek- Water Temp: N/A. The creek is now on the low side and in need of some water. Morning and evening are times to fish. A recent report has all branches freshly stocked with their mid season and final stocking. Flies: March Browns, Caddis, Gray Fox, nymphs, streamers.
Nanticoke Creek- Same as above. Clear with nice color. Flies: Nymphs, streamers.
Ithaca- Fall Creek flow 78cfs. Salmon Creek flow 21cfs. The tribs are very low with fishing getting spotty. Mostly pocket water fishing. Flies: Nymphs, streamers, egg patterns or sacs.

Pulaski / Salmon River- Flow is 185 cfs. Water temp is N/A. River reports are finished for the season.
