TAVERN WENCH TUTORIAL

What you'll need:
Doll of your choice
Cotton material for underskirt and blouse (I used swiss batiste)
Lace, silk ribbon, other trim of your choice
Material for over skirt (I used suede)
Small piece of leather for belt
Jewelry findings for earrings and bracelet, I used jump rings
Glue
Sharp scissors
Viscose for hair

If your doll doesn't have boots, no problem, you can create them very easily.
All you need is some glue, a tiny bit of kleenex and some paint.
Cover the area that you want to be your boot with glue.

|
Let the glue get a little sticky and then put the kleenex over it.
Don't worry about creases and such. That's what gives it the leather texture.

|
After you paint the boots, spray them with sealer and you're done!

Okay. Assemble your doll as you normally would and give her some pantaloons.
I generally don't assemble the arms until I get ready to do the bodice.
