Whether he is portraying a tragic character such as Santana Montoya in American Me, the heroic Wilson Pinhiero in The Burning Season, a burned out cop such as John Lucca in The Limbic Region, or a frustrated, hopeful baseball scout like Virgil Sweet in Talent for the Game, Edward James Olmos consistently brings authenticity and credibility to the characters he chooses.
