Phoebe Phillips and James Trausdale Cecil were married January 11, 1872, in Huntsville, Tennessee. Phoebe Phillips (1853-1925) was the daughter of John Phillips (1819-1911)and Sally West ( 1817-1905).James was the son of William R. Cecil (1828-1903) and Nancy Williams West (1833-1900).
John was the son of Johnathon Phillips (1800-1893) and Phoebe Goad.
