OUR ONGOING PROJECTS:
Community service is always an ongoing project for the NEPADAS. We continue to make donations of dental supplies to the military, homeless shelters and domestic shelters. Our members also promote dental education by visiting schools and Head Start programs.

The Pa Dental Assistants Association (PDAA) is pursing efforts to have an EFDA seated on the PA State Board of Dentistry. We do have the pledged support of a PA State Representative John Yudichak who introduced House Bill 494 creating this seat.  We also have some very influential people supporting the PDAA and will continue to work towards our goal for State Board of Dentistry representaion.

The next PDAA educational seminar and meeting will be October 31, 2008 at the Eden Inn, Lancaster. For registration information please visit the PDAA website at www.padentalassistants.org

There will be a joint meeting between the Pennsylvania Dental Assistants Association and the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry in May 2009 in Valley Forge. What a GREAT way to get all your DANB and State Borad of Dentistry required continuing education in one weekend. More info will be posted as it becomes available.
