Our Summer Place is a large beautiful Cape Cod home, with an adjacent cottage, located at the ocean, in the quiet, historical West End of Provincetown. Operated by the Murphy family for more than 40 years this property continues to have the charm and beauty that is such a part of Provincetown history.
At Our Summer Place, you are a one minute stroll to a beautiful beach that overlooks the first landing place of the Pilgrims. It is also just a brief walk to tennis courts, sail and power boat rentals, bicycle rentals, horseback riding and some of the finest restaurants in New England. You can hop on a public bus or walk to the many down town shops, art galleries, the National Seashore Park and Beaches. Provincetown is also where Whale watching began and the home of a large fleet of boats to choose from, just a half mile from Your Summer Place.
And Speaking Of Boats, if you have one, bring it along. There is a launching ramp right across the street and we can help you find a secure place to keep it. Provincetown harbor and Cape Cod bay are ideal for all boating activity from recreational sailing to sport fishing or just sightseeing.

Our Summer Place is exactly that. It is not a B and B or an Inn. It is simply a Spacious property at the beach with only two rentals. A place with the privacy and charm that many of our guests like to consider their own. Even the beach though public, has a special beauty that you may even consider yours as you walk the tidal flats at low tide or sit with your family when the tide is high.
