Krystal Weizen: This German style crystal-clear wheat beer is one of our most popular. Unlike its cousin, the hefeweizen,we've removed the yeast and cloudiness to give you a light, smooth wheat ale without the haze. Great with a slice of lemon! |

Twisted Stick Amber Ale: A light-bodied amber colored ale. Domestically grown Tettnanger and Hallertauer hops are delicately balanced with the sweetness if the Crystal malt. This results in a full-flavored ale without the heaviness of a dark beer. |

Bengal IPA: Historically, the British created India Pale Ales to endure the long voyage to the colonial troops stationed in India by increasing the amount of hops and other ingredients as a natural preservative. We gladly name our IPA for the mascot of our local university, the Bengal Tiger. The crisp and refreshing Bengal IPA is typically brewed in the summer months. |

Portneuf Porter: Originally a workingman's beer, the "Porter" was named after the 16th century deliverymen that favored this style of beer in England.
